3. Program and Services Description

  • Do It Yourself - Better Business Program: This is a digital product consisting of 7 steps designed to guide you.
  • Linked Services: We offer additional services where we can perform work for you. Details, scope, and pricing for these services will be outlined in separate agreements.

4. Account Creation and Usage

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for all activities under your account. Your account is for your personal use only and is not transferable.

5. Application and Payment Process

  • To apply for our program, you must complete the first two steps: answering 20 questions about your pain, problems, passion, and skills, and providing artifacts to validate your answers. You must also demonstrate the ability to invest time and around $1,000 to start their own business.
  • Acceptance into the program is at our sole discretion after reviewing your application.
  • Payment for the program is only requested after your application is approved. We will initially select up to five approved applicants to participate, who will receive bonus one-on-one guidance to help gather testimonials and refine the program.
  • Approved payments will be processed via Stripe.

Upon successful payment for an approved application, you will receive immediate access to the "Do It Yourself - Better Business Program."

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and program materials, is owned by Circle2 Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without our express written permission.

8. User Data and Privacy

This policy will also cover our use of third-party services like Stripe and MailerLite, and our internal Odoo analytics. Given our UK location and global user base, our data practices comply with relevant regulations such as GDPR, CalOPPA, and CCPA.

  • Program Refund: You are eligible for a full refund for the "Do It Yourself - Better Business Program" within 60 days of purchase, regardless of program usage.
  • Service Refund: There are no refunds for services we have completed and delivered. "Delivered" means that the specific deliverables outlined for that service (e.g., a completed Business Profile File, a functional website) have been provided to you.
